I do conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and jumbo loans, plus the programs most lenders never bother to learn. Most files are straightforward and close on time without drama. When one isn't, that's when knowing the rest of the shelf matters.
Experience
23+ years in home financing. I started cold-calling at Hometown Financial and Anchor Bank, moved up to Washington and built my career at Neighborhood Mortgage and Bank of the Pacific, then spent eight years as a branch manager and regional vice president at a top-ten lender. Today I lead the Bellingham market for Movement Mortgage. Originally from San Diego, here in Bellingham with my wife and two daughters.
